Warranty: Science LabPaqs

Hands-On Labs, Inc. warrants that each of its LabPaqs contains all listed equipment, supplies, and chemicals required to complete, at least once, each of the experiments in its related lab manual. This is the ONLY warranty we offer. The purchaser should check the contents of any LabPaq as soon as it is received. If any error or omission is discovered, Hands-On Labs, Inc. should be contacted immediately. We will promptly correct any error reported to us within two weeks of your receipt of the LabPaq. E-mail us at Info@LabPaq.com, or call us at 303-679-6252 in the Denver area or toll free at 866-206-0773 to report any problems.

Our science LabPaqs are specifically designed to provide a broad, real-world, and safe science learning experience in the home or classroom. Users who adequately implement all the safety precautions prescribed in our LabPaqs' lab manuals and who perform the experiments exactly as directed, will have a safe and positive learning experience. Even the ChemKit, our most potentially dangerous LabPaq, has never been associated with an accident or injury since it was first used in 1994. However, the nature of science is such that there are always inherent risks associated with experimentation, regardless of the setting. Moreover, we cannot guarantee that students will always read and follow instructions.

Thus, the purchaser of any science LabPaq or related product obtained from Hands-On Labs, Inc. must assume full responsibility for its proper use and for any and all liability associated with its purchase. No responsibility or liability of any kind related to the purchase of science experimentation materials can or will be accepted by Hands-On Labs, Inc.
 

Warranty: Other Equipment and Supplies

Equipment and supplies provided by other companies (such as microscopes, scales, volt meters, etc.) will come with that company's separate warranty. Purchasers are encouraged to keep those warranty papers and refer any problems directly to the manufacturers.
