Return & Refund Policy

Upon receipt of your LabPaq please immediately ensure all items are properly included and in good working order.  Do this by checking the LabPaq’s contents against the included Contents List and testing all electronic equipment.  If there are any problems or omissions, promptly advise Hands-On Labs, Inc.  Call 303-679-6252 (Denver area) or 866-206-0773 (Toll-free, long-distance) or e-mail info@LabPaq.com. Any problems reported within 2 weeks of delivery will be promptly corrected at no charge.  After 2 weeks of delivery, it must be assumed the student is responsible for any problem and thus must be charged for any required replacement items. See fee chart below.

LabPaqs will only be accepted for return and refund when ALL of the specifications below are met:

• Return Approval: If approved for a return and refund, only fully intact and unused LabPaqs including Lab Manuals will be accepted for return within 3 weeks of receipt. LabPaqs returned without lab manuals are not eligible for refund.
  
  
• Contact us by e-mail info@LabPaq.com or phone 1-866-206-0773 to request a Return Authorization number (RA#).  Provide your original order ID number plus the name and address to which the order was originally shipped. You must include this RA# on the return address label. A return without an RA# will not be accepted. 

• Shipping Instructions: Shipping fees are paid by the student. Ship by a commercial carrier - UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Shipment can be made by US Postal Service using only Express Mail or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. It is highly recommended that you insure this package for tracking and reimbursement if lost.
   
• Documents: Enclose all of the original documents, CDs, manuals, books, forms, etc. that were included in your LabPaq.

• Label Information:
  -Label must contain RA# .
  -Label must contain the name and address of the person to whom the LabPaq was shipped in the “From” section.
  -The following phrase must be written somewhere on the outside of the carton:

• Packaging: All LabPaqs and microscopes should be returned in their original boxes and shipping sleeves. If you do not have a shipping sleeve, place the complete LabPaq box and other items securely inside another box for shipping.
   
• Return Payment: After a valid return is processed by the warehouse, notice is sent to the accounting department which will issue a refund via a check or credit to the original credit card account. This process can take up to three weeks, so please be patient.
