Pyramidal Cells Slide

Cerebrum. Methylene blue stain. Magnification 400x.The pyramidal cells show a pale staining nucleus with a distinct nucleolus. The dendrites are wide and granular at their base, while the axons are thin and pale staining. Note again the nuclei of the neuroglia cells.
